Travelling with a temporary disability

Temporary disability public transit services is a reservation-based, door-to-door service for people with temporarily reduced mobility.

  • The temporary disability must last fewer than six months and require the use of a mobility aid (crutches are not considered mobility aids).
  • Users need a doctor’s note indicating the likely duration of their disability.
  • Users must follow the public transit rules, as well as the rules for their specific service, both for intercity and intracity trips (taxibus).
