Program objective
The Residential Adaptation Assistance Program provides financial assistance to people with disabilities, i.e., individuals with a deficiency causing a significant and persistent disability who are likely to encounter obstacles in performing everyday activities, so they can adapt their homes.
Eligible individuals may receive up to $50,000 each. A needs assessment is required from an occupational therapist.
