Signing up

Anyone interested in using taxibus service must sign up:

  • By filling out the Public transit/Taxibus sign-up form or the Temporary Disability Public transit/Taxibus sign-up form (see the Useful links and documents section below). Expect a 48‑hour delay between submitting the form and making a reservation.
  • By directly calling customer serving for Transit services (450-263-7010 or 1-866-890-5242). Reservations can be made immediately.

There is no cost to sign up.
