Door-to-door service

Door-to-door service means that the driver provides assistance tailored to the user’s needs, if necessary, from the main entrance of the pick-up location to the main entrance of the drop-off site.

Main entrance

The lobby of a residential building or seniors’ home.

The public pick-up location as it appears on the reservation. If there are multiple access points, the user must inform Paratransit services which one they will be in front of.
