MOUV brings together public and adapted transportation services from several regional county municipalities (RCMs) in the Eastern Townships on a single digital platform.
Whether you regularly use public transportation, need adapted transportation or simply want to explore your options for getting from one place to another, MOUV lets you find the information you need, all in one place.

A regional initiative
MOUV is the result of a collaboration between 8 RCMs in the Eastern Townships, joining forces to modernize and simplify access to public and adapted transportation.
The platform will be rolled out progressively, in phases, across the participating territories. Brome-Missisquoi is among the first territories to launch MOUV.
This regional approach makes it possible to share expertise, better address local realities and continuously improve services for the benefit of citizens.

Not comfortable using mobile apps?
No problem. Transportation services will continue to be accessible through the usual methods, and the Transportation and Mobility Service team remains available to assist you. MOUV is simply an additional tool designed to make getting around easier.
Funding
This project was made possible through the 2024–2028 Sectoral Development Agreement for Active and Public Transportation, involving the Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable (MTMD), the Ministère des Affaires municipales et de l’Habitation (MAMH), the 9 RCMs of the Eastern Townships and the Table des MRC de l’Estrie.
The agreement aims to support coordinated initiatives that promote access to sustainable transportation options that meet mobility needs across the Eastern Townships, including by sharing the expertise and resources of the various partners.
