The CLD is actively researching and implementing labour shortage solutions.
Following the recommendations from Brome-Missisquoi’s Rendez-vous (RDV) économique (held in May 2022), the CLD is facilitating a pilot project for a group of local businesses looking to hire retirement age workers who want to continue putting their wealth of experience to work. The group is supported by partners like Services Québec.
