Signing up

Anyone interested in using Public transit services must sign up:

• By filling out the taxibus / public transit sign-up form or the temporary disability taxibus / public transit sign-up form (both French only, see the Useful links and documents section below). Expect a 48-hour delay between submitting the form and making a reservation.
• By directly calling the Transit services customer service line (450-263-7010 or 1-866-890-5242). Reservations can be made immediately.

There is no cost to sign up.
