Types of trip
Users can reserve different types of trips.
Trips that reoccur:
- Every week
- On the same days
- At the same time
Users only need to reserve trips once.
Users must cancel any specific trips that they will miss.
Users can make a reservation:
- By calling 450-263-7010 or 1-866-890-5242
- By filling out a Trip request form (French only, see the Useful links and documents section below)
Recurring trips are automatically cancelled on holidays. Users wishing to travel on these days must request a one-time trip.
An occasional trip that occurs:
- Once
- On a specific day
Users must make a reservation each time they wish to travel.

The trip must meet the following criteria:
- All users must be picked up and dropped off at the same location.
- The trip must be part of an organized event.
- The trip must take place within the area in which Transit services operates.
- The trip is conditional on vehicle availability and budgetary constraints.
Users on group trips do not have to reserve their individual trip.
The event organizer must share with Transit services:
- The Preliminary group trip request form (French only), at least one month in advance
- If the request is accepted, a list of users requiring transportation, at least 10 days in advance, by filling out the Group trip confirmation form (French only, see the Useful links and documents section below)
