Transfers

Step requiring the user to change from one vehicle to another:

• Same mode of transportation (bus-bus or taxi-taxi)
• Different modes (bus-taxi)

Users must:

• Wait in the vehicle until the other vehicle arrives
• Once the second vehicle arrives, remain in the vehicle until the drivers are ready for the transfer

Users must pay twice:

On bus round trips
If they interrupt their trip and want to continue with the same itinerary
