Seatbelts and lap belts

Users must wear a seatbelt or lap belt (for a manual or electric wheelchair).

• Users who cannot buckle their own belt must ask for assistance from the driver.
• Users who are exempt from wearing safety belts must send Paratransit services a copy of the exemption certificate issued by the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ) before the trip.
