A medical appointment is a consultation with a general practitioner, medical specialist, optometrist, denturist or dentist.
Health professionals for which it is possible to specify an exact return time are not included in this category: physical therapists, chiropractors, kinesiologists, dieticians, nutritionists, homeopaths, acupuncturists, etc.
Users must call Paratransit services when their appointment is over.
Users must choose the route time for their departure or return trip.
- If they choose the departure route time, they need to call Paratransit services when their appointment is over.
- If they choose the return route time, they can choose their own departure time.
