Importance of communication
It is essential that you communicate with your child’s school and teacher. You are partly responsible for ensuring good communication.
Your child’s teacher will let you know how they communicate with parents. You will receive emails and/or documents at the start of the school year, so pay close attention.
Mozaïk portal
The Centre de services scolaire du Val-des-Cerfs and the Eastern Townships School Board use the Mozaïk web portal to communicate.
This portal contains your child’s report cards, test grades, absences, fees, list of teachers and their emails, etc.
Mozaïk is a useful tool for communicating and sharing information. The school will send you instructions at the start of the school year on how to create a free account.
