Contract management policy
In accordance with applicable law, the contract management policy adopted by local municipalities are published permanently on their respective websites. However, if a local municipality has no website, their contract management policy must be published on the MRC Brome-Missisquoi website.

List of MRC’s Contracts involving an expenditure of $25,000 or more
In accordance with the Municipal Code of Quebec, the list of contracts executed by the MRC Brome-Missisquoi involving an expenditure of $25,000 or more must be published by means of the electronic tendering system approved by the Government.

Local municipalities remain fully responsible for the content and validity of their contract management policy.
