Contract Management Policies
In accordance with the applicable legislation, all Contract management policies adopted by local municipalities are permanently posted on their respective websites.
However, if a local municipality does not have a website, the MRC Brome-Missisquoi must permanently post the local municipality's Contract management policy on its website.

Contracts of the MRC involving an expenditure of $25,000 or more
In accordance with the legal obligations stated in the Municipal Code, which arises from the Act to amend various legislative provisions principally with regard to the awarding process for contracts made by municipal bodies, the list of contracts made by the MRC Brome-Missisquoi involving an expenditure of $25,000 or more is posted permanently by means of the electronic tendering system approved by the Government.
